We have a lot of accumulation of tacit knowledge in individuals, community, and society. It is  sometimes regarded as cultures, traditions, and norms, believed to succeed generation to generation. Education and learning can create the knowledge in each individual and make it share with others within a group and between groups. What we need to learn from others is not for the recognition of superiority nor inferiority but for finding potential and adaptable wisdom of living to our own. There is always room to learn anywhere.
